Every unit is asked to contribute 10–15 volunteer hours per year toward upkeep and community life at Hermo Court — a monthly volunteer day, small repairs for neighbors who can't afford a contractor, and building events. It's not about the fee; it's about everyone having a hand in the place we all live. Sign up below and we'll match you to projects that fit your schedule and skills.
Prefer not to volunteer? Owners can also meet the requirement by paying the board-set hourly rate for any hours not completed — ask the board or property manager for the current rate. Either way, the goal is a well-kept building and lower shared costs.
